Bandit Sashes (qeynos quest)

i have to bring this issue up again since the exp just plain sucks (2% at lvl 11 with 10x exp on beta server!!!!), per hand in

as u can see on ancient posts on allakazam: http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=499 the exp was decent at lvl 16 (!!!) but i just got 2% (with 10x exp buff on beta server) at lvl 11 !!!!!!!!!!

since the new red server is coming up i would love to get this fixed. wenai was wrong with this statement that sashes give same exp as gnoll fangs in this thread:

Rogean has said multiple times the 10x exp is only for NPC kills; not quests.

ok then, disregard my 10x exp comments.

and still, i get 2% exp per hand in here at lvl 11 when a lvl 16 wrote years ago that he had decent exp (see allakhazams link in first post). i do know this also myself since i exclusively played human classes 12 years ago on live and bandit sashes have been my premier exp source in my teens back then
