I heard red99 is still using v17 and isn't on v18 yet.

Same. Tried a few times to download em again, tried restarting winEQ, no use.
Lets me log in on blue np.

I'm having the same issue. v17 link on main p1999 page doesnt work. anyone have another link?

Nah, I just keep all the old spell files since I'm too lazy to clear out the dowload folder.
