Increased run speed

Was sitting in WC and had SOW on. Canni danced two or three times. On last canni I started running almost right after the cast but was running at twice the speed of SOW.
Only one person in my group at the moment who wasn't near me at all.
Could not recreate bug.

I think there are some random latency issues that cause this on both red and blue though I have only experienced it once on blue also could never recreate.
