Zero posts on the forum about the item. Allakhazam, P99 wiki, MQEmulator, Magelo, Lucy and EQClassic all have item stats but no other info. Never seen them. Do they exist? Should they exist?

Seems like it legitimately exists/existed on Live. My best guess is it's a classic item that was removed with Chardok revamp and was either never properly documented or the info was lost to the ages. Stats are certainly in line with classic era and incarnadine set in general. WTF? Anybody know anything?

my guess is this item was probably a rare drop off di`zok royal guards that only a few people got before the revamp that replaced the drop with argent defenders.
