Second Account?

I forgot where but i thought i had read something about being able to request a second account for someone that lives with you that wants to play. If i'm totally wrong please disregard this. However if it's true would anyone be able to point me in the right direction? Id like to get my wife an account so we can both play once again in the classic EQ!! Thank you in advance.
