Lv1 Duel Doesn't work

Since you can't PvP at lvl 1, I decided to try duel and found it doesn't work. Both parties accepted the duel but all spell damage was protected. Probably not critical but is still a bug.

I stalked this guy waiting for him to get lvl 2 and smashed him.
