I can monitor spawns and track targets perfectly fine using VNCviewer, however the FPS are so low that actually playing the game using it is pretty impossible.

The only way at the moment is to remotely control your PC through your phone. Phonemypc is one app for a droid. Iphone/ipad/etc can use splashtop remote, logmein, and more. There are tons of videos for many games being played through these apps on youtube. You could probably even get a bluetooth wireless mouse and keyboard to work, if you really wanted to.

Yes to this, as well, and this does require jailbreaking (for the mouse, not the keyboard) on an iOS device.
