I'm pretty sure this isn't a classic forage item. Checked out what it was for and all of the recipes on EQ Traders (http://www.eqtraders.com/search/reverse_recipe_search.php?item=6237&menustr=010000000000) (the ice creams) are from Omens (cross referenced with Zam).

Its also used for Rogue Epic 1.5, so I'm guessing this isn't supposed to be forageable for us.
