Need fix on this, really makes grouping a bitch when you cant rez anyone back in after death.

Does this happen with any rez? On PvE death? Or just PvP? Also I think the rez limit is 8 minutes. Was it within that range?

I died in PvE and a rez was attempted on me within 5 minutes several times. Never got the popup box.
