à Kill Iksar Child in Plane of Fear in the little pyramid at LOC ( -630, -360 ). Respawn time is (currently…) 60 seconds and hes level 1 and got about 15HP

Does anyone know if this was originally a static spawn that respawned on the fright tower every 60 seconds?

Not 60 seconds. Seen other evidence where it appears zam page was loaded with bad info.

Regardless, classic in hindsight, would not see devs implementing this for any stretch as the 24/7 farming would trivialize the quest even over a short period.
