Character simulation

Anyone can point me to a character simulator.
I would like to play with races and point allocation within a class to see the differences at 1, 20, 50 and 60.

A character simulator? Doesn't exist. If it did exist, it wouldn't be specific to the project1999 server.

Depending on what you are wanting to test, it might be good for you to set up your own server, where you can #level, #scribespells, #zone, etc.
