The one that swims around the pool is bugging out and can not be hit by melee. When you cast on it, it might take aggro for a second, then swim away after it falls below, or rises above z-axis and resets aggro. Thus regenerating hp, and continuing it's path.

my observations were the same, there were two fish in the pond and one of them was all but unhittable by melee as he seems to teleport whenever he is hit.

This has been an issue since July, and I hate that it is still happening =(

Check this link for a way I found to engage the bouncy koalindl in the meantime!
