boat in eruds crossing

boat is only supposed to stop on the isle coming from qeynos but not from erudin as it is right now

Fixed, pending update.

Edited the Erudin->Qeynos route to how it should run.

Previously, the Erudin boat would return on the same path from which it came, causing boat collisions.
