Level 1 and level 2 monsters like decaying skeletons and orc pawns that wield weapons have high damage outputs, e.g. a decaying skeleton can slash you for 11 damage with a rusty falchion when it should be doing 2 points as per the standard 2-damage-per-level NPC set-up.

The mobs are doing the same damage they would be doing on blue, so this would not be a pvp specific bug.

Level 1 mobs either miss or hit you for max damage.

E.g. decaying skeleton hit me for 11 points of damage all the time. Lizardman broodling for 9 damage all the time. Something is really messed up here.

/edit: Just tried it again: Only mobs carrying weapons are affected by this. Mobs without weapons are fine.
