Not to plagiarize off of Smedy's wit, because this idea is TM Smedy 2011; but it is a real concern for the upcoming server.

Is your body ready????

Here are a few things to help you stay healthy and well nourished during the seasons of famine and atrophy that are often associated with Everquest Grinding.

First of all always eat breakfast. The best thing to have for breakfast if you are short on time is a Glass of Milk. Milk does a body good. Cereal, with fiber of any kind, and any fruit I prefer bananas and apples.

DO NOT drink fucking soda all day, and skip too many meals, its bad for your body and bad for your brain. I'm on a low carb diet, so if for lunch you just stuff your face with lunch meat without bread, or fry some eggs get your protein. Make sure you get plenty of protein for men. Women IDK what you diet.

Dinner-- I prefer chicken, grilled or you can bake it in the oven. Pro-tip. Instead of baking the chicken if you don't have a grill, instead of baking it on a pan, put the chicken directly on the top rack, set the oven to about 325-350, then put the pan on the rack beneath to catch the fat and juices that drip down, and oils that are baked out of the chicken. This will give you healthy chicken and not all the fat and bad shit for you that inhibits your energy levels.

Other options I do Safeway frozen pizza's.... if you have a safeway near you, get the Deli ones, or the ones from the frozen isle, they are made with good ingridients its not the healthiest but its better than fast food or some other garbage. Just pick out the frozen pizza made with the freshest ingridients, and little to less processing. As I said the Deli's usually have great pizza's made with fresh ingridients. cost effective and good for you. but yea try to get alot of protein, and anti-oxidants (vitamin C). if you eat like shit, sleep like shit, and neglect your body you will get sick.
