FD fail rate

It seems that since the recent FD patch for casters, monk FD fail rate has increased quite a bit... I have failed up to 3 times in a row at 50. I played a monk on live as well and do not recall it failing nearly this much.

I don't know of any changes to the FD rate.

Maybe Jboots are slower too?
