Lay on Hands Possible Bug

I've noticed an issue I've been having with Lay on Hands.

When ever I go to use it (normally in a dire situation too) it never seems to work. I'll stop auto attack, target myself and click the hot button for it, but nothing happens.

The key goes yellow like I used it, but then pops back to grey, but the cooldown will be in effect.

It is only useable once an hour, and if you zone then it will look like you have never used it, but it will still be "un-useable".


If that is not the problem for you, then hopefully it gets resolved.

This is happening with the Harm Touch skill button also. One doesn't even have to zone for the button to appear to have refreshed. About 6 seconds after it is clicked, it will pop back up, however clicking it again will give the typical "this skill may not be used for another XX minutes" message.

I do get that message, but there has been times where I go to use LoH, and nothing happens at all.

It'll be a fresh use, I'll pop it and nothing. A few seconds later it'll be useable and it'll say the timer message.

I do get the issue where LoH will show that it's up for use, when in reality it isn't.
