Goblins in Permafrost

--should have some DS. I remember it being quite a problem way back and just did my 1st foray into Perma today and noticed no DS at all. Not sure if all goblins had it or just the ones that were buffed by evokers or such, but it was quite a problem...

Are the evokers (or other wizard/mage class goblins) present on P99, and if so do they have damage shields on? If they are not even casting it on themselves, the fire shield may not be in their spell lineup which, according to your link, it must have been back in the day.

They should be casting O'keils radiation.
