Where is the usual area where level 11ish characters hang out out for groups? Haven't played the game in awhile and my rogue is wanting to stab things ;)

maybe try North ro, or WC, dervish cutthroat camps.

You can still do well in Crushbone, Blackburrow, orc camps in East Commons. You are on the verge of being able to do places like Unrest, North Ro, and Befallen. Those might be a little tougher until 14 or so.

a duo in befallen is usually pretty easy to find, plus you're close to a WIS caster who's usually campin the paw quest and can buff you.

go to north ro, oasis to 15, or even higher, stay away from cb if above lvl 8, i love the zone, but regret grouping with people there

ignore this, go to CB get yourself a dwarven ringmail tunic and a dragoon dirk, make some pals because being a lonely rogue is no fun.
