Wiz Spell "Draught of Ice"

This spell is only doing 673 damage vs its range of 716 to 732 dmg as observed in this link & in the post at the bottom of this alla link:

I haven't checked the resists, but 673 is the same amount of damage done by the level 51 nuke "Draught of Fire." Is it possible that this is the spell actually being cast? Either way, please fix!

Lucy shows this Change in 2005 from the 2005 spell revamp , although lucy didnt capture anything prior to 2002, its a start.

2005-04-12 13:05 Changed Slot 1 from "Decrease Hitpoints by 716 (L57) to 731 (L60)" to "Decrease Hitpoints by 793"

It's correct for kunark release until velious, unless you can find evidence that it was changed prior to velious.

Dug around, found this old thread with comments from Uthgaard which show that while it wasn't doing 716-731 @ release, it was changed prior to velious
