Ranger Sky Cloak/ Harpie tongues

Are the tongues suppost so rare that everyone ive talked to hasnt seen one in months?

i got all my skycloak components within the first 2 or 3 skyraids ive been in spring 2011

They are semi-rare. In my opinion, the cloak is not rare enough and the other components are too rare.

I've never seen the cloak piece drop off KoS but I've seen all the tradeable pieces multiple times.

I've seen many, many cloaks rot off KoS. I've seen Keeper drop 2 cloaks at once that both rotted. They're in. You're just having some lousy luck. They're not even all that rare. Keep trying, others are getting them and you will too.

We did as well Mitic. But the past few months at 2 raids a week clearing the isle we have seen none. It now seems like the harpy tongues are too rare.
