If anything is making the truck lean it's probably her 32DD's.

I got mine for cheap, I'm poor!

That is the myspace angle of my car, she has some pretty bad cosmetic damage (you can see the fender's been replaced, and the top has some paint issues. I'm learning how to do body work and paint prep with it tho, so that's cool :)

Hopefully, one day I can restore her former luster!!

Easy way around it, Have to insert a diode coming out of the MAP sensor. But I do have a spare if you need it.
http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a21/raxilian/diode.jpg

Then plug N75 unit and route around it but leave the connector on so the engine thinks its still doing its job. Like so

They make a turbo kit for it?

Yoite
04-02-2010, 10:35 AM
you can but there is a lot of work to do it, and then you really also need to change the tranny to that of an S, S2, or Turbo to handle the extra HP and other various components. Really not worth it, better to just get a 944 thats already a turbo if thats what ya want.

I am loving it so much im sure ill either upgrade or get another one at some point, but it would be much later unless i hit the lottery or something.

Buying one is easy, driving it is a blast! but maintaining it is a test of endurance and your wallet =) Luckily since there are a lot of Porsche enthusiast there is a ton of info and good forums out there and with those resources I am able to do a lot of the work myself.

Nice bike.

That is in Koocanusa, a little past Fernie on the way to Whitefish, Montana. Still on the Canadian side tho.

Yeah, I got stuck for a bit, we pulled it out with my buddies Dodge Duallie.

Ended up snapping those yellow straps and one of my tow hooks on the front bumper, made it out with a better tow strap and some chain.

I was driving on the bank and there was a bad muddy spot that pulled me into the water that far. (was sober at the time too!)

1977 Chevy Chevette

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v314/clayton0/car.jpg

I had a '79 chevette in the late 90's. That thing was super awesome and a death trap all rolled into one.

It had:

* A custom flat black pain job (looked to be done with spraypaint
* an AM radio with occasionally-functioning 8-track player
* occasionally-malfunctioning breaks.

That last feature was the reason I ended up having to give it up. I had to use the emergency breaks combined with turning off the engine while still moving and grinding the tires on a curb to stop the car the last time I drove it. :(

I know a guy whose car was like this, although we didn't grind on curbs to stop we opened the doors and used our feet, Flinstone style.

It also had no shock absorbers so it would bounce up and down like crazy.

It's last trip was a 1000 mile round trip on prairie highways.

Sketchy.

In 1994, I realized that petroleum combustion engines and the industries associated with them were capable of making the entire planet uninhabitable by humans within a century or less. By 2050 or so, I expect most of the rest of you will figure it out, but not before building, driving and junking an order of magnitude more vehicles than the 600,000,000 estimated vehicles currently in operation.
