Does anyone have the issue of when you run EQ99 anything outside the game in windows is now brighter and less color? If you close EQ it stays that way. Even if you log off and back in. You have to reboot to fix it. Would love to know if its a setting thats messing it up or what

That happens to me, but it can be fixed by simply hitting ctrl+alt+del and then escape/cancel. It restores Windows to the default gamma.

This even happened back in 2003ish for me when I used windowed mode.

In windowed mode it defaults back to you desktop brightness, which is most likely darker than your fullscreen mode setting in game.
