The bolt from this staff won't land if you start casting any other spell while the bolt is in flight.

This is still happening.

Clicking staff again before bolt hits target causes bolt to never hit target.
Dispersing pet before bolt hits target causes bolt to never hit target.

My memory says mahes were able to queu up 2 bolts and target would receive both

Was 1 of the perks of casting a slow moving bolt
