Spell levels just won't fix.

I've downloaded the updates many many times and for some reason, the spells levels still aren't correct.

What is the modified date of your Spells_US.txt file?

you should be able to find this file in your everquest install directory, for example: C:\Program Files\EverQuest\

3/9/2010, but it just reads spells_us. It is a text document, but the file doesn't have the "txt" after _us. would this create an issue?

no matter how many times i replace the spells_us and dbstr_us files, the modification date doesn't change. I have no idea why this is.

Also, the spell icons have been messed up since i installed the new ui stuff off the forums. The just show a blank color.? dunno how i would go about fixing this one either.
