My guess is that you're not an engineer. What did you get your bachelors in and did you continue on?
I study computer networks and systems administration, semester doesn't start until next Monday for me. It's going to be a busy one.
This semester I have:
Storage Area Networking
Network Security Engineering
MS Systems admin II
Database Management
Directory Services Architecture
Senior Project
Edit: Ugh $400 in books today. :(

I was a biology major(pre med for pharmacy). After realizing with disgust the amount of hours wasted in these fucking flourescent light classrooms it hit me during my first semester of college taking these stupid fucking labs dissecting animals and doing retarded courses all so I can get paid 8x what a pharmacy tech gets paid to do and they learn about 65% of the relevant info you need to be a pharmacist. If they cut all the bullshit out of school you could shave 6 years off of starting your career. But no one wants you to be able to start your career till they've eaten a quarter million out of your pocket.

just started 2nd year pharm school, 7 700 level courses, should be a good year. the professional courses are much more interesting than the boring ass undergrad courses you have to take to get there, but i don't blame you at all

I dig the diversity.
My courses this semester (Putting course numbers so you know I'm a growned up):
CJ 314 : Intercultural Communication
CRP 425: Urban Design Theory
CRP 437: Urban Systems
CRP 467: Regional Planning Process and Theory
CRP 482: Graphic Communications
Definitely enjoying my classes so far. I've already had all of these professors before, which totally makes the class better for some reason. My schedule is packed, between these things + a 29 hour work week. I suppose I like being busy though, makes the time go by! Looking forward to the semester.

I dunno, I think it's kind of a lot. I have a couple of 14 hour days per week between work and school which will probably be tiresome.
Good news is I can get a ton of homework done at work. So hopefully working more than I want to won't kill me.

Respect, You're taking a full boat of classes, I'm winding down my degree so it's definately nice, but I do work 45-50 hours a week managing a New Seasons market...if there was just a degree in that I would be set! It's going to be hard trying to look for a job when you have one that pays you over 22 dollars an hour. Hats off to you for doing full boat AND work!

What kind of degree doesn't get you more than that an hour? Something semi-academic like Abacab? Or is that net pay?

Way harder work or easy crap for not A LOT less, but a decent amount less cash. Just weighing options is all

Need to have 22 colored illustrations, an eight page paper for Intercultural Communications, a 12 page paper for Urban Design Theory (with a 10 minute powerpoint presentation to go along with it), a 15 page site analysis booklet, and another 6 page paper/powerpoint presentation for my last class.
I d k, i'd say that's a lot. Art takes a lot of time, too. Papers are e-z, I can knock those out quickly. Would help if I could work on my art at work but they get kind of pissy about that.

In addition to working 35 hours a week, and an art project that's going to require 100+ hours, it is a bit daunting.
But yer right, you definitely do know everything ~
