Mage Pets Broke with new patch?

Don't know if it was intended or not with the new patch, but my lvl 30 mage with max level pet does not Double attack or dual wield most fights. Out of 5 fights I've seen him hit more than once maybe one time.

There is a bug with fire pet attack frequencies. It's been fixed, pending update.
