Mana not ticking up despite having plenty water

Happened on a necro in BB. Logged out and back in, still no mana tick unless I Call of Bones. Character is Hungry but NOT Thirsty, and has plenty water.

This is the first time I've logged on in ages. So if this is a new or known mechanic, I do apologize

Do you have food? It requires water and food now.

Water AND food now? wtf? epstein, venezuela, iran and now this? (I did not have food.)

welcome back to the game. This change went into effect quite some time ago. Food/Water duration also works now too so the crap you were using before is going to get consumed faster but the good stuff is now effective.
