Haven't played in a while, trying to reset Password, SMS not sending

Hey guys,

I forgot my gamelogin password. I'm fine on this one (obviously, lol) but I haven't played in a long time and I'm eager to return, but the SMS for password reset isn't sending... I know the number, I have access to the number, I just need the sms :(
