The plate graphic for Incarnadine Legplates is missing. Currently on DE (and others according to wiki), only the red tint appears, otherwise naked.

I don't know if it was like this in Classic, but it's obviously a bug that serves no purpose. I play on Project 1999 to have fun, and this is not fun
