Cannot create EQ Username and PW

When I get to the login screen, I leave the fields blank and click on Login which brings up the create new account click here link and the link is https://eqbl.station.sony.com/launchpad/index.jsp

Which is broken: site cannot be reached

How can I create me account for project 1999

Project1999 is not associated with Sony or any of its websites. You'll need a clean install of Titanium that has never been patched by the official servers
