only on one of my toons, tried refreshing the alts ui, even clicking the button on and off doesnt reveal helm

Not all helms have a graphic so you likely have one that doesnt

Show my helm button is an out of era feature and wouldnt help if the helm did have a graphic

No graphic, but if you take it to Icewell and get it Customized then it'll have a graphic

I’ve had the same issue, sometimes the helm just doesn’t show up on certain toons, even after refreshing or toggling the UI.
