Noob needs help

Installed on a new computer. When I hit any of the F buttons the computer itself shrinks game and opens a command. For instance if I hit F9 in game to toggle my view of my toon it will immediately shrink EQ and make my computer options window.

Any way to get that fixed?

It might be a setting on your keyboard in Windows. You can use the ALT-O options and change the key settings in EQ to not use any F# keys, map them to another key combo.
