Character freeze for a second (video in link)

Hi guys, I've installed project99 over a week ago and everything ran smoothly.

But since monday my character started to freeze for a second or two, to a point it makes the game unplayable.

Its mostly during the end of a spell cast or the first time I open my inventory window. But it still doing it every now and then while moving or auto attacking.

Loading the game became extreamly slow at the same time the freezing problem started.

Things I've tried to fix the problem:
1- Updating sounds, GPU and windows drivers
2- No I don't have /log on so its not a log files beeing too big ( and I have just over a week of gameplay)
3- Game isn't instaled in a programme file sub folder
4- eqclient.ini I have all FPS to 60
5- game folder is in the windows defender exclusions
6- I'm using WXP2 compatibility
7- I've tried both, run as an administrator and not

I also have the same problem on the quarm server but the game laod just as fast as ususal on that server. And I used to play both p99 and quarm just fine prior monday.

BUT the day the problem started I had just logged on everquest lives servers. Game run just fin on live.

I've found my issue. It seems that one of my SSD is having about to die.

I only had project 99 and Quarm on that hard drive. I've just moved them to another SSD and now, even without the windows defender exclusion. They work just fine.
