New accounts have restrictions. Posts have to be approved by a Moderator and then they become visible. Eventually that gets lifted after an amount of time and/or number of approved posts

We cant have nice things anymore. Bots spam advertisements, porn and all kinds of other garbage so this is how they filter out majority of it
