Can't login!!

I came back to P99 after about two years and had to reinstall everything on a new hard drive, but now I can’t log in because none of my passwords work. How can I recover my account? I really don’t want to start over after gearing my bard.

From what I'm reading here you lost the password to your EqEmu account and it seems like they have a password recovery (https://www.eqemulator.org/forums/login.php?do=lostpw) form.
