A Sarnak Imitator not giving sack

This guy is no longer giving a sack since the patch. I completed the Jeb's Seal quest that is now required. I say I need a sack and he just faces me without giving me a sack. I have the 1st 2nd 3rd 4th piece of staff, Just need to combine it ;(((((

Read the details from the bug research / implementation:

if u need a sack from those 4 quest npc, 1st make sure u have TWO open inventory slots. give him/her the jeb's seal, then u will 1st receive the seal back then the sack. thats why u need 2 inventory slots open. they no long give out sack when u say i need a sack.


Sounds like you aren't handing in the seal and just saying the phrase

Now I'm at Clockwork VIIX (aka Mizzle Gepple) https://wiki.project1999.com/Clockwork_VIIX and hand him Jebs seal, he says "It is time then, are you ready to get the required components?" and doesnt give me a sack. I have the 1st piece of the staff, 2nd piece of the staff, 3rd piece of the staff, 4th piece of the staff and Jebs seal. I have all the pieces for the epic but can't get an enchanters sack to finish it

edit: okay let me try with 2 open slots.... does it have to be 2 top level inventory slots???

I do it with two open inventory slots and he just hands me the jeb's seal back (at Clockwork VIIX)

Return to Burning Woods and look for Jeb Lumsed (Loc: -1200, -4000). Find him and make sure you have an Enchanter's Bag. If you don't have it you will need to get another Seal and give it to a master again to get another bag. Now put all four Pieces of Staff in your Enchanter's Bag and hit the combine button. You will create a new item called Bundle of Staves.

I'm at a master and turning in jebs seal, they will not give a sack

Confirmed it does not work with Akanon master or Nadia Starfeast with 3 top level slots open as well. Did it with GM Darver

Both masters rightfully returned Jebs seal but no enchanters sack afterwards

Turned in Jeb's Seal to Nadia Starfeast. She returns the Jeb's Seal and replies:

Nadia Starfeast says, 'Oh it must be time to reveal the staff! The piece I will help you craft is encrusted with magical gems. These gems contain the essence of various creatures. Alone they have very little power. Combined together they are much more powerful. They must be combined in a sack. Just ask if you don't have one.'

Still unable to get a sack for me to complete the quest. Can we revert these quest changes so the quest is completeable again?
