Game Launches and then goes all black (except mouse)

So I was playing just fine.
Then I used the program "fullscreenizer" like normal and it was just fine.
Then I hit alt+enter one time by accident, the graphics were all messed up but the game ran.
I restarted the game, now it loads - already in fullscreen mode, which it shouldnt - and then I sign in like normal, but then the screen goes black except the EQ mouse pointer.
In fact I cannot leave the screen (pulling up the task manager is still a black screen) and I am forced to restart the computer.
I have never seen anything like it.
Help?

Check eqclient.ini has fullscreen=0 or similar?
