I've asked several others who regularly hunt the AC in South Ro, and we have not been seeing his spawn happen, often not even seeing a placeholder, since the last patch.
Relevant NPCs:
An Ancient Cyclops
Relevant LOCs:
Southern Desert of Ro
Steps to reproduce bug:
Be in zone at 9pm
Check tracking both as the hour changes and as 60 seconds pass
Note the lack of Placeholder or Ancient Cyclops spawn
Expected behaviour:
Before the most recent patch, an Ancient Cyclops or its placeholder would spawn within 3 seconds of the in-game time reaching 9 pm in the Southern Desert of Ro
