Can't edit avatar, signature, can't DM

Sorry if this is the wrong place, I wanted to DM staff to ask (no PM system) but I could not find any reliable ETA for when these features would become available to me or if I needed to verify something, etc. :(

New accounts have restrictions. I'm not sure what unlocks it, they've changed the system a few times over the years (account time or number of approved posts)
