How to create login server account?

Hi all, I'm not sure what login I should use after I launch Titanium. It sounds like I'm supposed to create a login server account somewhere first?

On the www.project1999.com homepage on the left hand side you'll see a menu, one of the options is to create a login server account.

Create a username and password there and log in with it :)
