I have petitioned for a gm in game to spawn her. She is no longer at her spot and I can't buy sharpening stones for rusty weapons in Oggok. Please respawn her, thank you.

I saw she was removed in the patch.

If an NPC is removed in a patch, it usually means that NPC was added to EQ after 2001. Since this server only emulates 1999-2001, any mobs from after that point are removed (permanently) from the game.

(In other words, this isn't a bug ... it's a feature.)
