Back in 2001, on Bristlebane, Loramin 1.0 played regularly with an Erudite Wizard. In real life she was a concert promoter, so I once asked her if she had any recommendations. I thought she'd tell me about who gave the best performances, but instead she recommended a band for a different reason.

It turned out she had just partied with Ozzy. After seeing his condition a quarter of a century ago, she was convinced that anyone looking that bad couldn't possibly survive, let alone keep performing, for much longer. She advised me to see him quickly, while I still could.

it took a year or so but I eventually caught him at Ozzfest, thinking it would be one of his final performances. Little did I know ... RIP Ozzy Osborne.
