Banned 10 or 15 years ago. Possible to get characters back?

Defo not. 15 yrs is not enuf punishment.

Some things are forever. Bans are one of those things.

There are no EQEMU PvP servers but mine. It may not be the best but the other two are broken so basically 0% chance of success over the long term.

Unless you define success as empty box PVE grinding.

You still could ... you'd just have to level up (with a giant experience bonus helping you).

I define success as being 400 pounds and talking to myself on p99 forums.

You could try reaching out to support just in case, but after 10–15 years it’s honestly a long shot. Most games wipe that kind of data after a while

Ah ya I see bans for multi boxing are never reversed.
