Brynjar missing Sandalwood

Brynjar (https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/npc.html?id=5861) in Thurgadin is currently missing the herb Sandalwood. It was removed due to this report (https://www.project1999.com/forums/showthread.php?t=142759).

However, the reason it did not appear in that Feb2001 capture of EQTraders is because Sandalwood wasn't available anywhere yet as shown by these herb lists:

The potion combines themselves are already flagged for Apr2001 (https://www.project1999.com/forums/showthread.php?t=227019).

- Restore Sandalwood to Brynjar
- Flag Sandalwood for Apr2001
