TOV question

Sorry dumb question. If you have dubious or indifferent to COV. Can you travel to the POM portal without being KOS with any dragons?

I believe you can use invis to get into ToV, and then you can wait at the zone-in safely. As long as you get CotHed right to the PoM castle you should be perfectly fine ... but I haven't gone to PoM in forever, so I'd take this with a grain of salt until others chime in.

Noth door and East door in the hub past picture room are always KoS. West door is not KoS if you have doubious or higher CoV faction. So you can run from zone in to the west exit safely.

PoM castle is past the North door. I believe you can run to castle with enough DAs, but it's not really worth doing. Getting a CoTH is the way to go.

Sontalak can see through invis. So you always need to check to see if Sontalak is up or not. You'll need a druid to Harmo Sontalak otherwise.

There are a few nasty see invis dragons that wander west wastes as well. Mraaka is the worst one, as it looks like a normal wingless wurm. It has a massive agro range and does a ton of damage. The other wandering dragons at least look like unique dragons.

The other nasty wandering dragon that can see invis is Cargalia. It's a Shaman so it has SoW, and it wanders very close to the Sirens Grotto entrance. You can agro it while running out of the cave.

There is also a named blue drake that wanders and sees invis. Forgot the name. Like Mraaka, it looks like a normal mob, so always be cautious around blue drakes and wingless wurms. Target them to make sure they aren't the named.

Yeah if you're doubious or higer on CoV faction the dragons I mentioned in west wastes won't be an issue. Esorpa is the one dragon that isn't on CoV faction and wanders in front of the ToV entrance. She's on Ring of Scale.

I think the quest dragon for essense lens quest is also on a different faction, but should be indifferent to everyone by default.

buy a coth to pom

iirc a DA idol can be helpful

The general approach to getting to PoM is grabbing a SoW, getting a coth up to the triples safe area, and then running to PoM using a DA idol so you don't die.
