a goblin champion spawning as an ice goblin champion

The picture on the wiki has it as "a goblin champion."

Yet when I killed the diplomat, "an ice goblin champion" spawned.

There are many old posts referring to 'ice goblin champion', but I have yet to see an image.

Could use more research.
