Buggle Palkin should spawn in the AM for Gretta's Baking Supplies Quest, and drop "Gretta's Baking Supplies."

He is not spawning in BBM.

Currently he only spawns in June 2001 and stops in July. We need more evidence that he continued to spawned in Butcher and drop the box of baking supplies beyond that time frame.
