K, My shaman had been stripped. I just got my JBB. I’m filling out the rest of the slots (haven’t gotten blight scourge hammer yet, have a club of the ice ocean atm for that proc if I can’t find a blight). I watched Shamwowi’s video. he used torpor but I’m pretty sure that was just to show several mobs as quickly as possible. Normaly I’d be regenning that I assume?
What’s the best place (don’t care about plat) to just level with jbb spam with dog and scourge dps? I’m guessing low health mob but most old world mobs will be green at 55.
Also, I don’t need yall to fight. Please. Just looking to make sure I’m doing the process right for jbb spam and places to kill! Can be dad camps or active camps, I would need both for work and after work!

Hello! Thanks for watching my videos. I used JBB to level from 45-60. I did Kaladim Entrance Guards from 53-55 if I remember correctly. Good XP and Plat. I know you said you didn't care too much about plat, but I remember the XP going by quickly. It's a bit of a tricky camp to break at first, as there are two long pathers that go right to the entrance. You need to kill those first. The guards can be a bit more damagey as well, since they all have shields, which allows them to dual wield. This would be an active camp.
Afterwards I did the two level 50 Giants under the Frontier Mountains fort from 55-57. Finally PoM Rat Maze from 57-60. I did some Neriak Arena as well if PoM was busy, but the XP isn't as good. PoM Rat Maze was the best solo XP I could find leveling to 60.
You could probably do PoM Rat Maze from 55-60, as 55 is the minimum level people will CoTH you to PoM. Just bind by the exit tree so you can gate and click the tree if things get hairy. PoM is a much more chill camp, as the rats are not KoS and you don't lose faction on kills. They will social if you are already killing a rat.
As for Pre-Torpor JBB strategy:
1. Keep pet hasted.
2. Slow the mob.
3. Root the mob with your cheapest mana root and let the doggo tank. Just do this once per fight, and don't fret if the root gets resisted or breaks early. Start spammimg JBB.
4. Spam JBB as much as possible. Face tank the mob and autoattack for the rest of the fight after root breaks. The doggo can't tank the entire fight, but you might as well put it's health pool and fast regen to some use.
5. Heal as needed.
6. Root adds off to the side with your best root and focus on killing one mob at a time. JBB spam kills faster than root rottng, so take advantage of this to secure single kills ASAP.
7. Optionally you can apply a DoT as well if mana allows.
8. Recover for the next fight.
You don't have to do step 3 if you don't want to. It is just a way to save some HP per fight at the cost of a bit more work per kill.

Awesome thank you! This is exactly what I was looking for! Thank you for taking the time to spell it out for me.

Ice Giants in everfrost was good, easy camp, good plat too, and as a shaman you can work on alchemy and eventually make wort pots with all the toes. Does require some factioning with the Halas gaurds if an Ogre to be able to use the alchemy vendors (and just vendors in general, its worth factioning to up to being non-kos to vendor in EF closer to IG camp, not worth factioning to use the bank in Halas). I stayed there until 55 is when the exp started tapering off although I've seen people take it all the way to 60.
Once you get epic I personally did Geonids in Wakening lands through to 60 by root rotting 4x geos at the time.

http://wiki.project1999.com/Per-Level_Hunting_Guide was originally created by a Shaman (me). if you select "Shaman" and 53 at the top you'll find 13 different options, and most (if not all) should be doable with your gear.
There's a lot of good options there, but I'll point out that Wakening Lands has three different camps (geonids, tar goos, and sentient suits) ... and most of those actually have multiple camps (there are two suit camps and lots of geonid camps). Also the geonids and goos can drop gems.

Ice Giants in everfrost was good, easy camp, good plat too,
I went to permafrost a couple times lately and those seemed perma camped. If you can do bear pits or whatever as a plan B it is nice but it is pretty much in the middle of nowhere with a high chance of the camp being taken. Bind there and hammer to HS or FM/BW giants could be an alright back up plan.

Yeah it can vary greatly, my experience (a few months ago at this point) was that during work day its perma camped because its a easy semi-afk camp for work from home people. Primetime EST there were usually people there but could often get a spot or one would open up shortly when someone stepped away for dinner or something like that. Late night around midnight EST it almost always cleared out and I was left with 2 or all 3 spawns to myself.
When all spawns were camped I would message the people there and let them know I was waiting if a spot opened up. Then I would just go farm the orcs in mid zone for bracers or head over to blackburrow and farm gnoll fangs for faction turn ins.

Yeah that's why I liked Kaladim Guards at the time. Even before Green came out (lots more players on the server) I never really had an issue with someone else camping them. It was a good low traffic spot. Not sure if that's changed.

Everytime i've logged into Kaladim, no ones there. So seems good! Its steady and realized i prolly do need some sort of cash inflow for Bane of Nife lol

What is the earliest level you can start killing dwarves, as any class that regularly levels off them?
I have never, ever killed dwarves for EXp and thik it might be fun to do that for a run.
I also have never killled any guards actually for exp... is there a guard only exp guide? Would love that!
I must say, just enjoying the outdoors in faydwer with snakes and stuff slithering around sounds kinda chill.

The guards at the little guard houses in Butcherblock can be done at a lower level, somewhere in your mid 40s if I remember right.
The entrance guards in Kaladim are a bit tougher due to them dual wielding via having shields. I did them as a Shaman roughly from level 51-55 with JBB, Fungi Tunic, and Fungi Staff. I bound myself at the druid rings in Butcherblock next the the merchant so I could quickly sell and run back. When doing the Kaladim enterance guards there are two long pathers that path very close to the zoneline. Kill those first, set a timer for their respawns, and then kill the guards in and around the entrance castle gate.
You can kill guards from levels 25-55 basically. I mostly killed guards from 25-55 on my Shaman and SK for money while leveling. You can kill guards a bit earlier via paineel guards I believe (haven't done them myself) and there may be a few spots past 55 (I want to say a few specific guards in Butcherblock?), but 25-55 is the range for the majority of guard spots in my experience. Most spots green out by 55.
My path was Halfling Guards in Misty Thicket and Rivervale from 25-40. Sadly this got nerfed when they changed the respawn timers in Misty Thicket to 30 minutes instead of 6 minutes. You can still do them for sure, but there may be better spots in that level range now. I don't know what they are sadly. Then I did East Freeport Guards and/or Butcherblock Guards to 50. Then Kaladim Guards from 51 to 55 on my Shaman, and Felwithe Guards from 51-55 on my SK. Felwithe Guards are easier for Necros/SKs because they prevent the Felwithe Guards from healing themselves via fear kiting. My Monk was doing Kelethin Guards at 51 and 52 quite handily. Good spot to train safe fall, and you can sneak sell the weapons and buy bandages.
If you are a good character I know people do Oggok and Grobb guards, but I never did them myself, so I couldn't say what the level ranges are.
