1). At -189 -175 -183 there is a neriad mistress that is stationary. If you charm or dictate her she will warp to the top floor of SG.
2). At about a 50% rate when you have mobs charmed at FS camp or any camp after your pet is killed you are summoned. Water breaks ago so the charm break should cause a summon.
